INTERMEDIATE BLACKJACK STRATEGY 

Once a player has learned how to use our basic blackjack strategy and has gained enough experience, he is ready to start using other things that may give him an advantage over the casino. Blackjack is a dynamic game, and the basic blackjack strategy is not flexible enough and therefore the player cannot take full advantage of the special situations that appear in the game. Here comes our intermediate blackjack strategy to help you take advantage of more aspects of the game and to make the casino edge smaller. With the intermediate blackjack strategy, the players need to start doing wager management while with the basic blackjack strategy they had to bet one and the same amount on every deal.

A special situation in the blackjack that the basic blackjack strategy cannot take advantage of is when you get an Ace in your hand. An Ace makes your hand “Soft” because the Ace is valued either 1 or 11 which is also an advantage and if the player knows how to use it, he will have better chances to win.

Most of the players are superstitious and these superstitions influence their decisions as how to bet, what amounts to wager, the seat that the player chooses and etc. More experienced blackjack players do not count on superstitions, instead they stick to the intermediate blackjack strategy which tells them how to act and helps them to win. In cetain moments it is correct to raise your bets. For example, with our intermediate blackjack strategy if you are in a winning streak you may raise your bet till you see that a losing streak is coming, whereas with our basic blackjack strategy players need to bet one and the same amount on every deal because they haven’t gained the needed experience to recognize the right moment and to decide when they may raise the amount of their bets.

Another important thing is the choice of a seat. The decisions of the player who takes the last seat may influence all the players on the blackjack table and they may suffer from his wrong decisions. Let’s say that the player on the last seat decides to hit instead of standing. He may get a face card, get busted and this way let the dealer get the low card and make his hand winning.
